An interesting ascent to the rock lookout Ořešník 800m.nm, which you will find at the very northern tip of the Jizera Mountains, you can take during a half-day walk. The terrain is a bit more challenging, especially below the top and the ascent to the rock lookout itself is not for people who feel dizzy from the heights. We chose the route, which starts in the town of Hejnice and was separated from the top by 500 meters of elevation gain. On the way down the yellow route we went around the waterfalls – the largest is Velký Štolpich. The whole route was about 10 km long. continue reading
