Fairytale gateway to the Czech Paradise
Nice county town Jičín is famous not only for its annual autumn fairytale festival and robber Rumcajs, but also as a major tourist gateway to the picturesque Czech Paradise. The surrounding trails are suitable not only for hikers but also for cycling of varying difficulty. The town itself offers nice walks around the square, pedestrian zone, castle garden and legendary linden alley. In addition, there is the famous Saturday market.
