The most important lake in the whole area, or in the whole of Nepal, is Phewa, on the shores of which Pokhara is built. Lake Begnas is very nice, although significantly less visited.

The most famous „natural“ scenery are amazing rice terraces. The most famous places include the terraces above Lake Phewa or near the village of Bahundanda.
