Trek through Marsyangdi valley
Lamjung trek leading through Marsyangdi is usually not walked as a separate walk. It's actually the beginning of the trek Around Annapurnas and final stage of trek Around Manaslu. It is also a connection to the deserted valleys Nar and Phu in Manang. So if you're a lover of Nepal, you will walk here several times. It's a hike, during which you will enjoy views of the extreme number of rice fields and sometimes also very steep canyon of Marsyangdi river.
1st day
Beginning of the trek
The first day is mainly about getting from Kathmandu to the starting point of the trek in Besi Shahar or a little farther Bhulbule. The long journey along Prithvi highway will be rewarded by beautiful views of the surrounding countryside (right side of the bus is better for views). If you want, you can also have a short walk to Bhulbule (if you start at Besi Shahar) or to Nadi Bazar (if you start in Bhulbule).

Around majestic rice terraces
The next day awaits you the first major ascent on the trek – ascent to village Bahundanda surrounded by stunning rice terraces (here mostly sleep tourists, who set out for the trek early in the morning from Besi Shahar). You will then need to traverse the slope to the village Syange with a breathtaking waterfall (also here you can theoretically get by bus). And finally quite steep ascent to Chamje. This whole stage can be managed in a single day, but most of the tourists walk it more freely and it takes them two days.
