Annapurna 1 (8,091m above sea level) is up to the tenth highest mountain of the world, but one of the most difficult. Therefore, it is surprising that Annapurna was the first climbed of eight-thousanders. The best-known view is on its southern wall from BC Annapurna, where you can get there after a several-day trek
