Marsyangdi river will accompany you for the entire half of the long trek around Annapurnas. It springs below the fabled lake Tilicho in order to separate Annapurnas from Damodars Himalayas. It then sharply turns to the south and has in these places the most interesting canyon-like character, when is the hiking trail dramatically fired in a rock high above the river. Farther to the south it is already relatively wide and less fierce.
