Tibet is situated on the highest and largest upland plateau in the world and is a big inspiration for every traveler – amazing blue lakes, eight thousand high Himalayan mountains visible from the „other“ north side, roads leading in heights over five thousand meters above sea level, lots of majestic monasteries and picturesque agricultural oasis in the river valleys. On the other hand, the impossibility of free movement, need for necessary permits, strong military and police presence in Lhase
