In Khumbu you will find the most beautiful lakes (six) on the west side of the Ngozumba Glacier around Gokya. The beautiful large mountain lakes are Chola tsho (near Dughla) and Imja Tsho below Island Peak. You will find the highest lakes below the Kongma la pass.
