West shoulder of Everest, as this ridge/peak is called, usually does not have any name in maps. It's because the peaks of this ridge falling directly from Mount Everest are not particularly striking. But when you go to the base camp or on to Kala Patthar, this place looks pretty interesting. In addition, it has over seven thousand meters above sea level.
