Dolni (= Lower) Posazavi (= around river Sazava) is renowned not only as a paradise for boaters enjoying stretches of rapids or peaceful cruise in the beautiful countryside, but also for tourists admiring the views of the steep walls of canyon sections or historical monuments on its banks or tramps enjoying a romantic atmosphere in the huts high above the river. Train track leads through the whole valley. It is considered to be one of the most beautiful tracks in the Czech Republic.
