- Top 1 in Argentina is of course the ascent to Aconcagua.
- Another important peak is Ojos del Salado on the border with Chile, regarded by someone as the highest volcano in the world.
- Other six thousand high volcanoes in Puna de Atacama (the local name for Altiplano) are rarely ascended and you will experience a really challenging trekking expedition here.
- Patagonia is ideal for trekking and tourism or for extreme climbing on the vertical granite towers.
