Similaun (3 606 m asl) /sometimes also referred to as 3 599 m asl/ belongs among the highest and most popular mountains in Austria. Furthermore, it is not very difficult, so a wide range of tourists overcome this peak. And it is no wonder – there is not only fabulous view from the top, but the way from the valley itself is very nice.
