The highest peak of the Pardubice region
Králický Sněžník (1,424 m above sea level), peak and mountains in one. Since the peak is a bit on the side of the main ridge of the Jeseníky Mountains, there are beautiful views from far and wide. In good weather it is possible to see Sněžka. The winter ascent is not particularly demanding, but it is to be prepared that under the top there are snowdrifts in the forest, even 1.5 meters high.

Winter trees
even dead trees in winter have their charm. Still below the Stříbrnická peak, there is a modified route for cross-country skiers
Saddle Stříbrnická
this is where the cross-country ski trail ends and I have to follow a well-trodden path, but with inflated drifts.
On the way from the saddle
the way from the saddle is pleasant, especially when the weather wishes you and there is something to enjoy, even large snowdrifts will not spoil the procedure
Baby elephant
when I come out of the forest, the views of the Jeseníky Mountains open up and a statue of an elephant greets me a short distance from the trail
Top
The highest point is formed by the ruins of a former cottage. The weather is good that day, so I can enjoy the views of the distant Sněžka, Orlické Mountains, and in the east I have the entire ridge of the Hrubý Jeseník in the palm of my hand. Unfortunately, the wind and temperatures around –20 ° do not allow you to enjoy this scenery for a long time, so I set out soon on the way back.
Hrubý Jeseník
Before I go to the forest for a while, I have Hrubý Jeseník in the palm of my hand
Branná
if the time comes on the way back, I would recommend visiting the town of Branná with a beautiful church and castle
