If you want to enjoy a truly „deadly“ atmosphere, embark on this journey in the Bolivian summer. Rain, fog or landslides can catch you here and the experience will be quite authentic. However, Bolivian summer is better for views of the surrounding mountains. It will bother you again, at least at the top of the road.
