You can go to Zermatt by train, for example, by Glacier Express from St. Moritz. More at: www.swisstravelsystem.com
Travelling by private / rental car

The journey by car from Prague to the neighboring town of Täsch is about 900 km long and will take you 10 hours. Car transport is not allowed in Zermatt, you will leave your car in the parking lot and use the local transport to the center.
