The headquarters of the Klášter brewery

Hradiště nad Jizerou Monastery is a small village just two kilometers west of Munich Hradiště. Basically, the only attraction is the local brewery, so brewers go here for a trip rather than ordinary tourists. There are three tourist routes here, so it is more here for a shorter stop on the longer tourist circuit Pojizeřím than for the actual destination of the trip.
The center of the Hradiště nad Jizerou Monastery
The center of the village is basically located around the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, which is just behind the municipal office and next to the brewery.

Klášter Brewery founded in 1570
As the inscriptions on the walls and gates indicate, the brewery was founded an incredible 450 years ago. He is now part of the Lobkowicz group and there is a danger that he will unfortunately no longer cook here (not only because of the corona crisis)
Brewery complex
There is no free access to the complex itself – photographed from the gatehouse. The buildings themselves look quite shabby. The brewery is built on the site of a former Hussite-burned monastery

Monastery - In the name of taste
If you like beer, tom use will definitely start to salivate here

On the way to restaurants
From the brewery, we take an interesting staircase and a red tourist route down to the local restaurants

Brewery restaurant Skála
If you want to visit the most famous restaurant here, stop in Skála
Brewery from below
Thanks to the lush vegetation surrounding the rocky promontory, there is no clearer view of the brewery
