The western end of the Tatras
The Western Tatras are located in both Slovakia and Poland and fall into two national parks – the Tatra National Park and the Tatrzański National Park. The highest peak is Banikov (2,178 m above sea level). The most popular part of the mountains are Roháče with sharp rock ridges
