Place Mouda beach

On Kefalonia, you will not only find amazing beaches with white pebbles and azure blue water, but also those with dark sand and waves. Such is Mouda (or Kaminia, depending on which part of the beach you are on). It's quite windy here, but from here you can go all the way to the very southeast end of the island. The beach itself is over two kilometers long and you can also run here. In addition, the highest mountain of the island can be seen from here.
