Visit of Zelena Hora

Church of St. John of Nepomuk built on Zelena Hora (“Green Mountain“) on the northern edge of Zdar nad Sazavou is one of the greatest Baroque gems in the Czech Republic. Because of this, it was included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. It is best accessible from the northern edge of the town along the yellow tourist route leading from the main road up the stairs.
