They been there:
They want there:

Göreme belong to the most often visited towns in Cappadocia located in the center of Anatolia. If you think back, you will associate symbols such as the ubiquitous surreal rock formations, a number of buildings and houses carved in the rocks and totally obvious omnipresent friendly atmosphere.

If you come to this town by bus, you will arrive to the bus station directly in the center, which is teeming with life – surrounding oriental shops with plenty of souvenirs, restaurants, cafes, travel agencies and even the coachman who can ride you around the town. Also, you will be impressed at first glance by the number of houses that are partially or completely carved into the rocks.

Streets in the town

If you are looking for cheap accommodation, it is advisable to ask in more facilities and bargain, which is quite normal in Turkey. This area is for luxury guests and prices are even ten times higher than in motels in one of the streets opposite.

Souvenir shops

Stall or shops change their face throughout Turkey very rarely. Similar lamps can be found in Cappadocia, Istanbul and even in the southern coast of Turkey.

Twilight over Goreme

The last rays of the setting sun over the town were mysteriously complemented by the melody of the local Islamic mosques.

Night town full of lights

Directly above Goreme is an outlook point with a restaurant, where you can observe the entire town. Especially during the night is the town flooded by lamps and the atmosphere of the place is perfect.

Cafes and music

After the trips to the nearby rocky towns and gorges you can finish the day in cafes, where you can possibly find these elegant seat bags. Moments spent here can be a wonderful relaxation, especially if you smoke a hookahs and listen to the local oriental live music.
