Barcelona one of the most famous and rightly called as one of the most beautiful cities not only in Europe but also in the world. A city that people visit not only because of its beautiful sights, good food, sporting events or beaches, but especially because of its unique atmosphere.

Way

How to get there?

The cheapest solution for a trip to Barcelona is to fly a low-cost airline to Girona Airport, which is located about 90 kilometers from the city, 90 kilometers and the journey takes a little over an hour and the return ticket costs depending on the mode of transport around 30 euros, but this you will not get directly to the center, but you still have to travel by subway. It is much more convenient to wait for cheap flights and fly directly to the main airport El prat, it will not only save you time spent on buses / trains, but if you buy reasonable tickets also money.

Casa Batllo

One of the top works of Gaudí's work and also one of the most visited places in Barcelona, it is not necessary to enter the interior of the building in order to be able to appreciate the beauty of this building.

Casa Amatller

Although it is not Gaudí's work and is located in the shadow of the famous Casa Batllo, this building is also worth noting.

Casa Mila / La Pedrera

Perhaps the most famous building that Gaudí created, not only for the view of the building itself, but also for the view from the roof that it offers.

Montjuic

Montjuic hill and a view of Barcelona, there are several ways to get here, the most famous ways are on foot from the Placa de Barcelona, or for the lazier you can take the cable car up, or for those who want to see not only the most famous but also less known parts of Barcelona can be reached by side streets of La Raval.

Magic Fountain

If you are lucky enough to be in Barcelona during the weekend, between 21:00 and 22:00 you can watch a wonderful light show that this fountain will show you. I recommend coming there a little earlier, because a large number of people gather there and the good places are already occupied around 20:00 and of course the Spaniards will suffer that it does not start on time, but with a delay, but this is something that a person in Spain must count.

Food

How not to ruin and eat well?

Food not only in Barcelona but in the whole of Spain is a huge gastronomic experience for me personally, but how to eat so that you can enjoy it and your wallet does not cry at the same time? One of the best alternatives is to go shopping at the markets in the morning and have breakfasts and dinners very easily and healthily, it can be done up to 5 euros with the fact that one is guaranteed to taste something new. But what about lunches? In restaurants, prices are in the tens of euros, the best option is to leave the center and especially tourist restaurants, but be dragged into the side streets, where you can buy a lunch menu for 7 – 10 euros, which includes appetizer or soup, main course, dessert and there is always a drink, which can be either beer, wine or mineral water. In restaurants where they eat local, the food is very tasty and in addition, if you are two, if you have wine to eat, you will get a bottle of wine.
