Between the clouds

In playful mountain weather, we head up from the top station of the cable car along a marked path roughly south. The Berghotel Gerlosstein proudly rises above the valley.

Under Gerlosstein

We climb to 1770 m above sea level. Here is a turnoff leading to the left under the wall of Gerlosstein. However, we continue straight and right up to the top of Arbiskögerl (1830 m).

A narrow path leads us through the meadows to a mountain farm. From here, a wide carriage path leads back to the cable car station.
