This third largest city in Yucatan, located practically in the center of the peninsula, is often confused with the much more famous and larger Spanish Valladolid. Most tourists at least visit the Yucatan Valladolid, although worth a visit. In addition, the famous cenote Dzitnup is just a short walk away.
