Mount Umurata (5,730 m above sea level) is the first significant peak on the volcanic ridge Nevados de Quimsachata. Right next door, however, is the much higher Acotango (6,052 m above sea level), so it is definitely not the main destination for tourists. Even so, it is a relatively interesting peak.
