The largest lake in Slovenia
Bohinj Lake is the largest lake in Slovenia. It is 4.35 km long and 1.25 km wide and the coast is 10.9 km long. It reaches a maximum depth of 45 m. It belongs in Triglav Park to the most sought-after places. Nearby is the beautiful viewpoint of Vogel, from where you can see the highest mountain of Slovenia – Triglav and also offers many other popular tourist destinations, such as the most visited waterfall Savica and the Jezerní cesta from which you can hike to Triglav
