Pass Chucura Apacheta (4 870 m asl) is the highest point of the trek on the ancient Inca trail El Choro. Up to the pass leads a dusty small road from the „asphalt“ pass La Cumbre. But to the other side leads only a steep path. From the vicinity of the pass on the ridge of Cordillera Real is a nice view of the six thousand meters high Huyana Potosi.
