Famous rock formation near Ko Lipe

The most popular trip from Ko Lipe is a full-day cruise around the surrounding interesting islands. The first stage is the longest, sailing west to the small island of Ko Hin Son with its famous rock formation.
Departure from Ko Lipe
The meeting point for the trip participants is on Pattaya Beach. A number of cruise ships depart from there. Each one sails a little differently, so you won't see the individual places in any crowds. Everyone then meets for lunch at Monkey Beach, where there is the longest break.
At the beginning, you sail along the beautiful and wild southwest coast of Ko Lipe.

View of Ko Adang
We pass the western end of Ko Lipe and a view opens up of the massive silhouette of the vast and wild island of Ko Adang.

View of Ko Rawi
To the south lies the endless sea (you would only come across Sumatra in about 400 kilometers). To the north you can see a whole series of islands – for example, another large island, Ko Rawi.

Islands in sight
After about 40 minutes of sailing, small islands appear in front of us. We are here at the very southwestern end of Tarutao National Park.

Koh Hin Son
And here we are at our first stop – even though it's not really a stop. The entire island of Ko Hin Son is slowly circumnavigated from all sides. Entry to it is prohibited.

Sailing around the island
We really circumnavigate this beautiful iconic rock from all sides, but of course the first, most famous view is also the most beautiful.

Direction Ko Bulo
The next stop is just a short distance away – snorkeling on the northern edge of Ko Bulo island
