At the very southern end of Thailand, you will find the very popular island of Ko Lipe among travelers. Although it is part of the Tarutao National Park (the entrance fee is 200 Baht / person), it certainly does not look like a protected area. Compared to other islands in the vicinity, it is not very mountainous – the highest point is just over 50 meters above sea level, so it was easily habitable and therefore relatively heavily built up. Here you will find a lot of accommodation options and a number of beautiful beaches with the three largest and most famous – Pattaya, Sunrise and Sunset. The center of the island is a street – Walking Street with lots of shops and restaurants. The second important street then runs from north to south.
