The Australian War Memorial in Canberra is a very important building, of course, especially for Australians. It is intended as a memory of all those who fell during the First and Second World Wars. It is located at the foot of Mount Ainslie, relatively close to the center

At the memorial

The monument is really monumental and is built in a nice place with plenty of space to make it stand out. A little further behind it is the hill Mount Ainslie, where you can also go if you want to see, for example, kangaroos

The interior of the monument

The monument looks like a huge mausoleum and there is a really gloomy atmosphere. Man, on the other hand, does not understand why, as humanity, we constantly kill each other
