Next to Australia’s most famous building, the Sydney Opera House, is the sprawling Royal Botanic Garden. It is a beautiful place with views of Sydney Harbor and Downtown. It is a popular local place for relaxation and walks. Admission is free and open every day

Coastal promenade

The north end of the Botanical Gardens is lined with a coastal promenade from where there are really great views of Downtown City

Birds in the botanical garden

The botanical zoo is a popular place for many birds. Withered trees are the work of fruit bats, which have a large colony here.
