A tour of the Royal Court
The city is not only a famous zoo
Dvůr Králové nad Labem attracts visitors mainly thanks to the famous ZOO located on the western edge of the city. However, the city center with a very nice Masaryk Square is also worth a short visit
The beginning of the tour of Dvůr Králové
The ideal start to the tour is to park right next to the center in the Legionářská car park. From here it is only 100 meters to Masaryk Square.

Fountain of Záboje
In the southern part of the square is a small fountain Záboje
View of the Old Town Hall and the Church of St. John the Baptist
Probably the most beautiful view of the square is the Old Town Hall and the Church of St. John the Baptist in the background. We will continue there. However, it is not worth hurrying from the square, as it is the most beautiful part of the city.

Another interesting landmark of the city is the church of St. John the Baptist with a high tower and an interesting interior
Shingle tower
The shingle tower is the only remnant of the former fortifications of the city – it's a pity that it has not been preserved in a larger one, it would be more interesting here

If you just want to take a tour of the city, head to Schultzovy sady, a large city park.
