Byšičky is a place of pilgrimage just a short distance from the town of Lázně Bělohrad in the Krkonoše Mountains. It is an ideal place for a short walk (approx. 2 km, 1 hour) with nice views of the picturesque landscape of the Giant Mountains.
View of Byšičky
This walk is a round trip, so if you are driving, you can park either directly at the church or at the agricultural Nový Dvůr. From here you walk along a narrow road with a beautiful view of the Church of St. Peter and Paul
Pod Byšičkami
Just below the hill, the road splits – on the left there is a tourist road, on the right there is a road. Along both are the Stations of the Cross.

Church, cemetery and wooden monk
At the top of the hill is a church with a cemetery and a wooden statue of a local monk. You can read the story about him on the educational board.

Road to the pond Byšička
From the church, take the yellow hiking trail. A short descent through the forest to the Pod Byšičkami crossroads awaits you. Here you leave the hiking trail, turn left and continue along the dam of the pond.

On the embankment of the pond there is a beautiful Erben's oak and from here there is also the best view of Byšičky. The path will then take you to the road from where it is only a few tens of meters to Nový Dvůr
