Paklenica National Park is located in the beautiful Velebit Mountains. It is a paradise for hikers. The base of the national park are two massive canyons – Velika Paklenica and Mala Paklenica. After passing through the canyons, you can also climb the main mountain ridge with peaks as high as 1,700 meters above sea level
