The Verpeilspitze (3,423 m above sea level) is not as massive and dominant as the side Watzespizte, but it still looks quite interesting, mainly due to its peak. However, it is also not one of the top tourist destinations. The nearest route in its vicinity leads to the lower neighboring Mainzer Kopf (3,053 m above sea level)
