The Bahrain Tree of Life is about 10 m tall and is a prosopis cineraria tree in Czech, then an eared tree, which is estimated to be more than 450 years old. The tree is the only significant tree growing here somewhere in the desert, so it is a well-known tourist attraction. In October 2010, archaeologists discovered a 500-year-old settlement near a tree.
