The most beautiful lake in Pitztal
Rifflesee (2 234m asl) is the largest and most renowned lake in the Pitztal. Thanks to the fact that the cable car from Mandarfen (1,678m above sea level) leads to it, families with small children or pensioners are visitors of this destination. The most popular route leads around the lake, but you can also go for more challenging tours, such as crossings to the neighboring Kaunertal valley.
