The second most famous mountain in Strážovské vrchy is Vápeč (956 m above sea level). It is definitely not stunning in its height, but thanks to its limestone crown towering over the surrounding landscape, it certainly is. The starting point to the top is Horná Poruba from where you can climb the blue or red hiking trail. There is a really beautiful view from the top
