The highest mountain of Geigenkamm ridge
Hohe Geige (3,395m asl) is not one of the highest mountains in the Ötztal Alps, but it is also one of the most important hikers peaks. It is the highest peak on the jagged rock ridge of Geigenkamm. The most typical starting point for this mountain is the Pitztal valley and the Chemnitzer Hütte. It can also be hiked from the Pollestal valley.
