Place Golden Thassos beach

In the northeast of Thassos you will find the longest beach here – Golden. It is famous for its pleasant sand and waves, in which children will win. The beach is also known for its backdrop – the island's highest mountains headed by Ypsarion. There are plenty of options for refreshments and accommodation at the beach. For some, the proximity to the capital, which is essentially „over the hill“ on the other side, is an advantage. The beach itself is almost three kilometers long.
