Charles Kuonen Hängebrücke is a suspension rope bridge on the famous Europaweg hiking trail, on the eastern side of Mattertal in Switzerland. It was opened in July 2017. With a length of 494 meters, it is the longest suspension pedestrian bridge in the world. The bridge suspended 85 meters above the valley significantly shortens the route between the tourist resorts Grächen and Zermatt. The path from Randa leads to the Europahütte. From the bridge is a magnificent view of the four thousanders
