In Colombia you will find beautiful mountains, both green hills and a rough alpine landscape with tropical glaciers. It is an excellent starting point for both the Amazon and the coffee growing area – Zona Cafetera. There are also great swimming opportunities in both the Caribbean and the Pacific Ocean. Well-known are Tayrona, Cabo de la Vela or bathing villages near the border with Panama Sapzurro and Capurganá. The historic centers of Bogota, Cartagena and Popayan are also very nice
