Trip to the Bay of Sa Calobra belongs, together with the journey to the Cape Formentor, to the highlights of Mallorca. You can expect downhill mountain road with many twists to the sea with a total elevation of 720 meters and a variety of amazing views. You can then also swim in a beautiful cove or walk into the gorge Torrent de Pareis (second largest erosion gorge of southern Europe).

Outlook of Puig Major

The turn-off to the Bay Calobra is from the mountain road Ma-10 connecting Pollença with Sóller just below the highest point of the island – the mountain Puig Major (1 445 m asl).

Road bridge near Mirador Corbata

The first attraction is the place, where the road could not be built by other  means than with a bridge and proper bend.

By the sea

End of the road already leads in a relatively wide valley. It is possible to park the car approximately three hundred meters in front of a small port. Like everywhere in the world, it is ideal to set out here early to have the beach to yourselves, because there will be a lot of people just in a moment and the magic will be gone.

Journey to the magical beach

To the small truly magical beach it's almost half a kilometer along the rugged shoreline. The path leads for while also in a tunnel.
