One of the most beautiful lookouts in the Bohemian Paradise

You can find the Čížovka observation tower at the southwestern end of the Bohemian Paradise. It is a bit off the main tourist routes. It is a pyramid almost forty meters high, from which there is an interesting wide view. There are not many places to park here, but that corresponds to the tourist industry. Entrance is paid.
View of the observation tower from the road
The observation tower is a really beautiful canine. Probably nothing for those who don't like heights. The building is so airy.

Front view of the lookout tower
On the ground floor there is the background of the observation tower and then several floors of the exit await you.

Exit to the lookout tower
Everything here is perforated, so those who suffer from a fear of heights probably won't climb here

Rocket launch
Thanks to its shape, the lookout tower casts a shadow like a rocket about to take off
View to the northeast
In the northeast direction, you can see famous landmarks of the Bohemian Paradise such as Vyskeř, Trosky and Kozákov on the horizon.

View of Sobotka and Humprecht
In the eastern direction, you can see Sobotka together with the Humprecht hunting lodge. The view from the observation tower is really wide, but the famous places are quite far away through the fields and forests.

View of the Příhrazský skály
To the west, there is a view towards Příhrazské skály and Branžež, so through dense pine forests.

View to the west
Far to the west you can see the hills in Kokořínsk and the peak of Bezděz
