The region between rock giants
Yosemite National Park is world famous for its magnificent granite rocks, waterfalls, redwood forests. In the Yosemite Valley you can find El Capitan – the highest rock face in the world, which is over 900 meters high. This California-based National Park was founded in 1890. Since 1894, it has been a UNESCO heritage site. There is also the largest waterfall in the US, but it is often dry in the summer.
