- The best time to visit is from February to May. It's the dry season and there are longer days.
- Then rainy season begins. However, they are in this area usually only small rains.
- August to October is the hurricane season.
- Ideal for a stay on the beach is also November – temperatures are not as high and the prices are much lower.
- You can expect many tourists in places popular with tourists such as Acapulco or Puerto Escondido.
