Lake Nkuruba is one of several lakes located south of Fort Portal. It is basically a flooded volcanic crater surrounded by lush vegetation. You will meet mainly birds and monkeys. It is very well accessible, so tourists often go here for a half-day trip. There are also campsites, so you can stay around the lake and stay here more time
