Altitude sickness: mainly at risk outside the town of Manang. How in the direction of the Thorong la pass, where the trek around Annapurna peaks or on the march to Lake Tilicho, where you also reach five thousand altitudes. This is even more true of trekking peaks such as Pisang peak, which tries to conquer many sparsely acclimatized tourists.
