The most beautiful village in Manang

Less than two kilometers before Manang is situated a beautiful village Bhraka built in Tibetan style and stuck on weathered rock massif. It is definitely worth to go a few dozen meters down from the main path and go through this interesting little hamlet with a gompa.
Typical house
You can easily imagine here, how men once lived here. All Tibetan style houses are typical of flat roof, which is usually used to dry the crop or yak dung for heating.

Upper quarter from a distance gives the impression as if the housetops grew other houses

The center of the village is a small, but very nice gompa
Picturesque countryside near the village
He who has the time and strength can still go up the path to the small Chorten over the village and enjoy the picturesque landscapes and stunning views
