Group of islands Mamanuca Weather and season

- The best season is the period from May to October, when it doesn´t rain often and is colder weather.November, February and March are also recommended as there are fewer tourists and you can find cheap accommodation here.
- Fiji´s summer (November to April) is also considered as a wet season. At this time it is the biggest heat and humidity here. But the rainfall fortunately comes mostly together with the early evening storms. But expect them mostly every day. Fortunately they are fairly quickly away and then you can clearly see how you breathe better then. The advantages are fewer tourists and lower prices.
- You can´t speak about any kind of overcrowding here, especially in the off-season months (November, February, March). This is caused by the „pocket“ size of most islands, resort sizes and limited number of beaches.
- There is a peaceful nearly family atmosphere on most islands. The only renowned „party island“ in the group is Beachcomber.
