- The most common way to get here is a plane. This is also true for travelling from Fuerteventura to other Canary Islands, although it is much cheaper to use ships in this case.
- There is a network of bus lines on the island itself. But there may be problems, if you want to get to / from the interior of the island or on Saturdays, Sundays and during public holidays.
- Traditionally, the most reliable is a rented car.
